Stayvora Shop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and applicable Indian law.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following information, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it on the Site;
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your name, address, and phone number; identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
